The JCI Winnipeg 2015 Board Elections will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, 2nd Floor, Signature Boardroom, 259 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg at 6:00 pm.

Voting options
You are encouraged to attend the Election Meeting to vote. In order to vote, you must be a member in good standing at least 10 days before the election. If you are not able to attend the Election Meeting, you may proxy your vote to another chapter member in good standing. Proxy forms must be received by Elections Chair, Shahina Khan, no later than 6:00 pm on November 10, 2014.

delivering them to: 6th Floor – 234 Donald Street (note if you plan to deliver the form personally, the office closes at 4:30 pm).
Call for Nominations for the 2015 JCI Winnipeg Executive
In order to be elected as a Board member for the 2015 JCI Winnipeg Board of Directors, you must first be nominated by a JCI Winnipeg member in good standing.
Nominations must be in writing (email is acceptable) and must be received by Elections Chair, Shahina Khan by 11:59 pm on November 7, 2014. You must be nominated by another JCI member in good standing (you cannot nominate yourself). Nominations must state the name of the nominee and the position(s) for which their name will stand.

The period of office covered in this election will be one year, from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.

A candidate's name may be put forward for more than one position, however the candidate can only be elected to one position. Voting will take place for the positions in the order listed above.
A list of the eligible nominees for all positions will be circulated to the general membership no later than five days prior to the election. Unless excused by the current President for valid reasons, every nominee for election shall be in attendance at the Annual Election Meeting.
